My Story
I'm originally from Montana but fell in love with the Spokane area and have been here ever since. I love the beautiful parks and the large amount of hiking opportunities. Moving from a small town has also made me appreciate the community events offered, the shopping, and who doesn't love a trip up to Green Bluff! I first studied to be a doula 12 years ago but took a detour into healthcare. I've worked in healthcare for the last 10 years and, after my own path to pregnancy and birth, I knew it was now the perfect time to pursue my first passion. Each birth I've attended has reaffirmed that birth work is my calling and I find so much joy in supporting families within our community.
I'm married to a wonderful man, and we are so thankful to have our wonderful little boy, Ira Jon! When we have the time, we enjoy getting outside and exploring the local parks and walking trails. I love to read and am a devoted member of a monthly book club. I'm obsessed with all things cooking related. I am a huge fan of the Great British Baking Show and I love to make artisan bread when I've got some time to myself. It's not Paul Hollywood worthy, but it's pretty good if I do say so myself!
Now that you know more about me, I can't wait to learn more about you!
